What it costs
Visits are covered by OHIP. Bring your child's Ontario health card to each appointment.
What is included
- Well-baby and well-child visits, growth and development monitoring, and immunizations.
- Care for common childhood illnesses and ongoing conditions.
- Parenting and family support, and connection to community resources.
- Referrals to pediatric and specialist care when needed.
Your care team
Care is provided by family physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and physician assistants, working alongside nurses and the wider team. Because everyone shares one electronic medical record, your information moves with you across the team and you do not have to repeat your story.
