We work to make our physical spaces accessible, including step-free access where available. Our current satellite clinic at Victoria Medical Group has a wheelchair-accessible ramp at the building entrance. If you have specific accessibility needs for a visit, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate them.

We aim to make our website and written materials clear and usable, and to offer information in other formats or languages on request. Interpretation services are available to support communication during your care.
