What it costs
Visits are covered by OHIP. Bring your child's Ontario health card to each appointment.
What you will find
- Chronic disease and self-management workshops.
- Mental health and wellbeing groups.
- Healthy-living, nutrition, and prevention sessions.
- Community and intergenerational events.
Your care team
Care is provided by family physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and physician assistants, working alongside nurses and the wider team. Because everyone shares one electronic medical record, your information moves with you across the team and you do not have to repeat your story.
