Talk with your Primary Care provider as early as possible so we can plan your care and coordinate with other providers involved in your pregnancy.

What it costs
Maternal health care is covered by OHIP. We will explain any service that falls outside OHIP coverage in advance.
What is included
- Prenatal care and monitoring through pregnancy.
- Postpartum care for parent and baby, including newborn checks.
- Guidance on feeding, recovery, and mental health after birth.
- Connection to community programs and supports for new families.
Your care team
Care is provided by family physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and physician assistants, working alongside nurses and the wider team. Because everyone shares one electronic medical record, your information moves with you across the team and you do not have to repeat your story.
